Reception Run Sheet template!
So you’ve got no idea how your reception will run? 🤷🏻♀️
Well here is a general (sit down style) run sheet template!

3.00pm- Photographer/Videographer & Celebrant arrive
3.30pm- Musicians to arrive and set up (if having)
3.30pm- Guests to arrive
4.00pm- Ceremony starts
4.30pm- Ceremony concludes
4.45pm- Group/Family photos and congratulations
5.00pm- Wedding party head to private photos

4.45pm- Band to setup for canapé service (if having)
5.00pm Guests to make their way for drinks and canapés

6.00pm- Guests will be encouraged to find their seat
6.30pm- MC to welcome all guests and housekeeping
6.45pm- MC to welcome wedding party and couple
6.50pm- Cake cutting/toast
7.00pm- Entrees served
7.30pm- Speeches round 1 (possibly parents or some of wedding party)
8.00pm- Mains served
8.15pm- Speeches round 2 (Couple)
8.20pm- Game (if having)
8.30pm- Couple first dance/Special dances
8:50pm- Party Time! Dance floor opens
9.00pm- Dessert served/Wedding cake
9.15pm- Bouquet/Garter Toss (if having)
11.00pm- Last Drinks
11.15pm- Final Song & goodbyes commence
11.30pm- Conclusion of wedding - buses waiting or details on getting home
Midnight- Guests must exit venue
Usually the venue will have their own run sheet for your reception, once you get this from them we can work together to make sure everything runs smoothly!

NOTE: You cannot save and exit any of the questionnaires so once you start it, you have to finish it! However if it is easier to copy, paste & answer questions in a word doc, then just send me that once finished!
